Terms of Service
These are the operational rules komplit enforces. We will notify account holders by email before any material change takes effect.
The service
komplit provides metered, API-callable marketing services operated by KOMPLIT PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202629981W). Usage is denominated in credits: one credit is USD $0.10.
Credits
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- Starter credits expire 30 days after grant and apply only to operations below image generation.
- No credits are charged for calls that fail due to platform or provider fault. Partial jobs charge only delivered, QA-passed output.
- Auto top-up is opt-in, with a user-set monthly cap.
Your content and brand assets
- Brand assets and produced content belong to you.
- Your assets are never used to train models.
Refunds and cancellation
- You can stop using komplit at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Close your account from the portal or email [email protected].
- We do not charge for work we fail to deliver. Calls that fail through platform or provider fault are not charged, and output that fails our quality checks is not charged. Any hold placed against your balance is released.
- Billing errors, duplicate charges and charges you did not authorise are refunded in full to the original payment method. Contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge.
- Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already spent. After 14 days credits remain valid indefinitely but are no longer refundable.
- Auto top-up can be switched off at any time. Switching it off stops future charges immediately and does not affect credits already purchased.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally settle within 10 business days.
Account closure
- On closure, content and brand assets remain exportable for 30 days, then are deleted.
- Credits still within the 14 day refund window are refunded on closure. Credits outside that window are forfeited.
